This book plays joyfully and provocatively with the idea that everything is in motion, that the only thing constant is change, and that there is more nothing than something in the universe.  It manages not to be pedantic while ranging from Plato to quantum physics to dieting and yoga and grammar.  It is a spirituality that you can bring with you in your heart while you walk the dog:  easy to read and profound in its reach.  The author is a PhD (Yale University) who dropped out of academia to join the theater and later spent a dozen years in corporate life and then returned to teach college.  This formal achievement and life experience granted her the ability and drive to forsake pedantry for communication of ideas as fun.
